The 90cm SIH5935B induction hob features slider touch controls and angled edges

Perfect for keen cooks looking to create restaurant quality results at home, award-winning appliance manufacturer Smeg’s new SIH5935B 90cm Slider Touch Control Induction hob has three full power induction zones, which all have their own individual timers.

Packed full of features, the angled hob is finished in Suprema black ceramic glass for a sleek look. Functions include auto boiling, simmering, melting/low temperature cooking, which is ideal for melting chocolate or butter or keeping food warm, a pause function and child safety lock. There are nine power levels with quick settings and three independent boosters that allow each zone to work at full power when intense heat is required.

Other features include a visual display that shows the power level, acoustic alarm to alert users that a dish has finished cooking and automatic switch-off to prevent overheating.

The SIH5935B measures 86cmW by 40cmL x 5cmD and costs around £869.
