SunSeeker Slimline bi folding doors were launched in 2003 followed by UltraSlim – the original double-glazed slide and pivot door – in 2009. SunSeeker UltraSlim has been installed in thousands of properties and is the UK market leader – fully opening double glazed doors with sightlines of less than 4cm.
Available in a range of contemporary frame colours, UltraSlim doors slide along the full width of the aperture to swing open and stack at right-angles, providing maximum access. If preferred, the panels can be spaced along the opening to facilitate air-flow.
SunSeeker doors are made to measure and installed by in-house trained teams.
UltraSlim slide-and-turn and bi folding doors meet British and EU standards, using thermally broken aluminium and Kite-marked glazing units. Alternatively, where doors are not subject to building regulations (e.g. out-buildings or commercial properties) Frameless Glass Doors can be used as external enclosures or internal room dividers. These are ‘unbreakable’ tempered glass door panels (tinted, mirrored or clear glass) without frames, which also slide, pivot and stack.
