NEW 3 CODE CREDITS ROBUST DETAIL

EFC-14 is the latest addition to the Thermal-Economics Robust Details products range.

It  is a unique under screed floor sound insulation system that can achieve Three  Code for Sustainable Homes Credits by virtue of the Robust Details tests assessment and without any further site test requirements.

This provides the benefit to Builders of three guaranteed Credits, by simply registering and building to the EFC-14 specification.

It is worth noting that Sound Insulation is rated under The “Health and Wellbeing“ category  which has the second highest weighting within the Code, thereby enhancing the assessment value of these type of credits.

Thermal Economics can, with this new addition, offer a choice of five flooring Robust Details, two of which provide guaranteed Three Code Credits benefits.

For general construction purposes the Code Credits rating also serves as assurance of a consistent high level of acoustic performance
