Gaia Underfloor Heating recently celebrated 30 years in business at their annual conference. With their wealth of knowledge and experience in the Underfloor Heating market they know how important it is to deliver a reliable solution that’s delivered on time and to budget. And why at Gaia they have a dedicated team of Account managers providing a professional service from initial project stage through to project completion. Ranging from new build residential, commercial construction, self builds, care facilities, education and residential renovations.

With an inhouse team of designers who can offer specialist solutions to meet the needs of any project. The team use the latest in design technology and heat loss calculation software, full project specific CAD drawing, system schematics and technical support.

Their product quality is complemented with market leading warranties, ensuring durability and a long-lasting system. At Gaia they also offer supply only, delivering products to contractors to install or you can book their Operations Team, an inhouse trained team of installers covering the UK and Ireland.

This year not only are they celebrating 30 years warming properties across the UK but launching a new decoupling membrane heating system to the projects market. The new Gaia Decoupling Membrane is two products in one. Firstly, as a decoupling membrane guarding against movement in the sub floor which can cause tiles to crack and secondly as a heating cable carrier providing warmth to floors. The polypropylene membrane has rounded square shaped studs that form channels specially designed to embed and fasten electric heating cables. Coupled with the Gaia Heating Cable the system is ideal for small or large installations and awkward areas within a property where flexibility is required. Depending on the cable spacing the cable can provide a power output for either primary or secondary heat.
