This project was realised in conjunction with Steel Balustrade and Architectural Metalworkers Gascoyne and Beever in Sheffield, who was responsible for the metalwork and balustrade areas.
The project comprises of around 300m² of Carl Stahl Stainless Steel X-Tend® Mesh Which envelopes the newly built viewing platform which gives a 360º view of the stunning historic architecture in York.
The CXL Micro X-Tend® 1.5mm cable diameter with a 40mm aperture gives security and safety without compromising on the aesthetics required in this stunning renovation.
New staircases built within the structure, give a breath taking stance and simple elegance combined with the stainless steel mesh, the finish is second to none.
