Dandi Wembley

Share

Dandi Webley is redefining city living by delivering an elevated new standard of rental design reminiscent of a luxury hotel, in the heart of one of London’s most creative neighbourhoods.

The design-led scheme offers adaptable studio and 1-bedroom apartments with innovative space management solutions, that cleverly allow each home to be configured into five different modalities throughout the day: sleep, exercise, work, eat and play. Whilst simultaneously placing a huge amount of importance on quality finishes and beautiful living spaces, Dandi is leading the charge in showcasing that renters can now demand quality of living in central London. A completely unique offering, founded by industry thought leader Ali Ravanshad, Dandi Wembley shows that access to the highest quality, design-led, living in London is possible.

The residences not only come fully furnished with the mod-cons you would expect to find in a luxury apartment, such as 50-inch flat screen TVs and air purifying systems, but also incorporate a series of bespoke furnishings, designed in-house by Dandi, that make this development so unique. From floating beds that lift to the ceiling and modular sofas that can be transformed to dining chairs, to pull-out breakfast bars and concealed kitchen cabinets, the apartments are ingeniously designed to evolve around the resident, making cutting edge design more widely accessible.

Seamlessly designed in both form and function, the bespoke furniture is created by Dandi’s in-house design team and manufactured at the vertically integrated Dandi facilities in West London. The pieces allow the apartments’ function to adapt to optimise space without compromising style.

The creativity at Dandi doesn’t end at the apartments, with beautifully designed amenity spaces across the development where residents can socialise and explore new experiences – championing the ‘theatre of living’. From the moment you enter Dandi’s front door, you are welcomed by this concept, with a remarkable 750,000 piece hand-laid mosaic, inspired by the delicate design of Persian carpets. This painstaking detail simply in the lobby of the development, perfectly reflects the attention to detail of the new concept of ‘design-led’ living, being introduced by Dandi.

Beyond the apartments, the interior architecture and design at Dandi Wembley strive to elevate residents’ mood, by stimulating each of their senses, something which Ali has dedicated years to researching and innovating. The scheme is crowned by two floors of unmatched amenity spaces (many of which are open for membership to those who don’t live at Dandi), which include Dariana Café and Lounge Bar, Dandi Works and Dandi Meets.

The Dariana Café boasts evergreen trees, indoor fountains, and a Persian inspired menu, where dinner can be enjoyed under a retractable glass roof, allowing unrivalled, panoramic views of London (and live music from Wembley stadium). This is a rare provision for a modern rental development, which is complemented by co-working spaces, a theatre, wellness rooms and a cinema, each engendering a real sense of community.

Ali Reza Ravanshad, Founder of Dandi, comments: Here at Dandi Wembley we have developed homes in which people can enjoy their own beautiful private spaces while being part of something bigger, a community that interacts in a range of elegant, shared spaces – what we call the theatre of life.

Testament to this project, is the news that the 355-home scheme is now fully let within 91 days of coming to market – demonstrating the huge appetite for quality and design-led living being demanded by renters.

With a clear vision to reinvent city living, focusing on vibrant, up and coming neighbourhoods in major cosmopolitan markets, Dandi has huge plans to expand this offering across London, with 15,000 units planned over the next seven years and schemes on the horizon in Brondesbury and Battersea.
