When Cornerstone took on the fire and life safety brief for 77 Grosvenor Street, the challenge was preserving the character of a classical Mayfair building across six floors and 50,000 square feet of refurbished office space. Hochiki Europe’s Latitude platform and ESP addressable devices gave the design team a system with a minimal visual footprint, while FIRElink’s aspirating detection was routed through hidden capillary pipework to protect decorative ceilings without disturbing them.
