Eco Resort Network: Making Hospitality Better Through Collaboration

Share

Eco Resort Network returns in May 2026 – this time, in Chiang Mai – for a two-day conference and curated networking experience focused on the future of sustainable hospitality. Set in one of Southeast Asia’s most progressive eco-tourism hubs, the event brings together the people shaping how resorts, outdoor hospitality and experiential accommodation are designed, built and operated.

Who its for
This event is designed for architects, designers, developers, resort owners, operators, planners, consultants and suppliers working across sustainable hospitality. Whether you are designing low-impact resorts, specifying materials and systems, developing eco-tourism projects, or operating nature-based accommodation, Eco Resort Network provides direct access to peers, partners and projects aligned with responsible development.

Why we host the event
Eco Resort Network was created to bridge the gap between intent and operational reality in sustainable hospitality. Too often, good ideas fail due to a lack of collaboration. Our events are intentionally small, highly curated and content-driven, allowing for meaningful conversation rather than passive attendance. Our delegates focus on practical sustainability – especially in sensitive natural environments.

What the conference offers
Across two focused conference days, delegates will take part in panel discussions, case studies and expert sessions covering eco resort design, materials, energy and water systems, construction approaches, landscape integration, guest experience and long-term operational performance. Speakers are selected for real-world experience, not theory.

Curated networking is a core part of the event. Structured sessions, shared meals and social gatherings are designed to foster genuine connections – the kind that lead to collaborations, specifications and new projects.

What past attendees gain
Participants consistently tell us they leave with new professional relationships, clearer insight into sustainable design and practical ideas they can apply immediately. Architects meet developers actively planning projects. Suppliers connect directly with specifiers. Operators gain insight into emerging design and technology trends that improve both sustainability and guest experience.

The Eco Resort Network event is about relevance, depth and impact. If you are involved in shaping the environment of sustainable hospitality, this is where the conversation happens.
