High mass gypsum overlay board for use in flooring applications.

Isosonic Screed Plank 20 (ISP20) boards are high mass gypsum fibre flooring boards with lapped joints. They are designed to be used as a dry screed board, as a substitute for a wet screed,or in combination with Isorubber underlays and soft coverings to provide a high performance acoustic floor solution.

• Hard & robust cementitious gypsum plank with high density & mass.
• Suitable for use as a floating floor “dry screed” – saving on construction
  time and screed pumping.
• Provides a stable and water resistant surface.
• Low thermal resistance and even heat distribution make it ideal for use with UFH systems.

Isorubber Standard is a cost effective acoustic mat for use in projects that are being pre-completion tested.
Available in thicknesses of 3mm, 5mm & 8mm, Isorubber Standard is not just for use with ISP20. It can also be used in other applications, such as below screed or as a resilient covering beneath wooden floor finishes and tiles.
