HUGHES GROUP REFURBISHED 42 APARTMENTS ACROSS 2 BUILDINGS IN 5 MONTHS.

Over 5 months Hughes Group worked on their latest project of ‘The Dome’, a collective of 42 apartments in 2 buildings, one in Notting Hill and one in Hyde Park.
Both buildings were stripped out completely and provided with a full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) design. The structure was altered to accommodate the brand-new layout of the apartments and installed with new lighting, bathrooms and kitchens.
A design concept was crucial to ensure the space was fulfilled and bring a contemporary modern feel to each individual apartment. Hughes Group installed new flooring/carpet, electronic door locks, and double blinds were chosen to complement the apartments as well as allowing the client privacy with an option for blackout.
New designer radiators were also fitted with the same RAL colours as the walls which helped to blend and produce a seamless finish. To maximise storage and space bespoke wardrobes were installed to each individual apartment.
The project was completed within 5 months from start to finish, it was a tight schedule however executed beautifully to an exceptionally high standard as well as staying within budget and completed on time. Since having fantastic feedback from their clients, Hughes Group have now carried on working for the client on various other projects.
