Specialist systems integrator Ikure has been acquired by Saville Audio Visual parent company, SEA Holdings limited. The move sees the company creating a partnership with long-established UK audio visual integrator Saville. Working closely together, both companies will be looking to expand operations in the installation and audio visual maintenance sectors.
Saville sales and marketing director Andy Dyson explained: “Ikure has an excellent reputation for quality and service and shares similar values to Saville. Combining their specialist sector knowledge with our experience, national network and global reach, we are looking forward to harnessing new opportunities for both companies to grow in the future.”
Speaking of the new venture, Ikure’s Tim Verran commented: “Over the last twelve years we have established an enviable portfolio of high profile, corporate clients. This new move will allow us to bring a whole new range of solutions and services, including specialist in-house video and collaborative technologies plus bespoke audio visual furniture manufacture to our clients.”
Ikure, which has been operating for the last twelve years from offices in Bourne End, has now moved operations to premises in Hawley Lane, Farnborough.
