Founded in 2010, the THIRDHOME concept has grown into a proven success within the holiday home exchange market. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, the business now has offices in London and Marbella. With over 80 endorsements from world-class resorts such as Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Kempinski… it’s an exciting time for our growing list of members.
Positioned as a private club for owners of luxury second homes, the concept allows members to deposit weeks that their property would otherwise remain empty. In return, they receive travel credits we call ‘Keys’. This allows complete peace of mind for the members, while they can also get excited about travelling to a new destination and staying in a luxury home for a fraction of the rental cost!
THIRDHOME and rentals can work together beautifully as evidenced by the fact that we have many rental company partners offering THIRDHOME membership to their owners. They understand that there are always weeks every year that go unused.
Right now, we offer over 1,700 destinations allowing members to continue their healthy lifestyle on the go, immerse themselves into local cultures and prioritize what is important to them.
