Laguna Rugs predominantly offer a  bespoke service to each rug design and commission, although they also hold a limited line of seasonal collections, designed in-house by their experienced Creative Director.  Their creative process includes the following to ensure a transparent and professional offering to their amazing rug creations:

• the team offer a complimentary phone consultation followed by an on-site visit to discuss requirements in detail
• they work with clients on custom colour matching to meet creative briefs’ / projects – this can include a 24 hour delivery service of 1200 coloured poms to your door
• computer-generated visualisations of your rugs are created, wth physical samples (of your design) woven for client approval prior to any full rug production
• in their Nepal and Indian workshops, the rugs are hand-knotted or tufted with the utmost precision, clipped and washed, ready to be delivered anywhere in the world

Laguna Rugs are proud partners of Goodweave. Goodweave work to rescue children and minors from working in the rug industry in developing countries. They have saved thousands of children from working the looms, and prevented many from entering factories at all.
