New Graphics Inspire Young Minds

High quality films from 3M have been used to transform the inner link courtyard at Garth Hill College in Bracknell into an inspirational and thought provoking area for both staff and students. Innovative graphical design specialists, Surface View, worked closely with the college and 3M Commercial Graphics to design, manufacture and install extraordinary, colourful and intricate artwork throughout a large covered space between the main buildings of the college.

Working together as a team, Garth Hill College, 3M Commercial Graphics and Surface View discussed and developed concepts for pillar wraps, floor graphics and textured surfaces.  Among the designs were smaller pillars presenting aspirational messages that express the college’s values and the experiences of the students. Scotchcal Graphic Film by 3M was the ideal choice as it is hard-wearing, can be applied directly to brick surfaces, and incorporates a non-slip laminated surface treatment for safety.
