We offer a full consultative service to ensure that the working relationship is there to firstly plan effectively and listen to your requirements. Working with your point of contact as well as a designated project manager, all final work will be checked against plans, ensuring first class results… every time.
Prois-UK are experts at delivering design, fit out and furnishing solutions in the commercial sector including education, hospitality, and care to name but a few. Fit out refurbishment works include the design, fit out and furnishings required to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment. Projects can include demolition works, dry lining and stud partitions, electrical, plumbing and lighting installation, flooring, wall décor, bespoke joinery, refrigeration and more. Using knowledge and expertise, our design team will develop a scheme with the client throughout the project. Providing a full concept visual pack and sample development resulting in a full sample pack prior to install. Detailed manufacture drawings and continuous design correspondence guides the client throughout a project. Once a design is signed off, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to the client this ensures the smooth running of a project from commencement through to handover. Everything we do is focused on adding value to our client’s business. As with all projects we pride ourselves on delivering our commercial f its outs on time and within budget with minimal distribution to your business.
One of our most recently completed projects is Treats Café and Tearooms, located on the historic high street of Durham city centre. It was our client’s intention to relocate their well established and popular business, to a long-standing vacant, retail unit on Silver Street. The design brief was to encapsulate the look and feel of a traditional English tearoom and enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the property, sympathetic to the historical nature of the building. Our design team worked closely with the client to develop a new scheme that embodies Treat’s timeless feel with ornate cladding, floral fabrics and a light wood effect decor.
