Designed with ultimate convenience in mind, the Quatreau Touch™, for example, is the first touchscreen kitchen tap capable of dispensing pure filtered water with a choice of 5 options with, as its name implies, a simple touch – delivering boiling, chilled, sparkling, hot and cold water. The taps themselves come in a range of finishes, or can even be supplied in any colour to match or complement any décor.

Both the standard system found in the Quatreau SmartTap™, or the premium Quatreau Touch™, deliver at the touch of a button. The Quatreau Touch™ has the capacity to deliver 3 litres  instantly at 98° C, the ideal temperature for preparing great tasting tea and coffee, and a further 1.5 litres every minute without any loss in temperature, or up to 50 litres an hour of either chilled or sparkling water at a constant 5° C. Clever design avoids any of the airlocks that affect other sparkling water tap systems. There’s also cold mains water and hot water for hand (and dish) washing and rinsing which can be pre-adjusted for personal preference, something which also acts as a water-saving feature.

Environmentally Friendly

The company is justifiably proud of its low carbon footprint, not just because its products are made in Britain, saving thousands of miles of transport (most, if not all, other systems on the UK market being imported from as far afield as China and the USA), but because of its use of WRAS-approved materials, including 316 stainless steel for added durability, as well as the reduced environmental impact that comes from not using plastics. All systems are also KUKreg4 certified and comply with UK water supply and fittings regulations.

The environmental impact doesn’t stop there either, as all the systems can help people drastically reduce their use of single-use plastic water bottles.
