Skopos’ 50th Anniversary Collection

2022 marks 50 years of Skopos Fabrics! As a key supplier of flame retardant fabrics and soft furnishings, over 5 decades, Skopos have been providing the finishing touches to windows, contract furniture and bedrooms in flagship hotels, apartments, cruise-ships and other contract environments, also including student accommodation and healthcare. As part of the celebration, The 50^th Anniversary Collection will see landmark designs, from earlier collections, reborn and translated into printed fabrics using contemporary design production techniques: Curtains, bedding and upholstery fabrics for contract interiors are all available on short lead-times.

Skopos are launching 2 new designs, each month, within their 50^th Anniversary collection. Each design will be offered in 2 colourways across the full selection of Skopos base-cloths, all developed to meet the demands of contract interiors. Designs developed and produced over the last 5 decades have been rethought, amended and produced in-line with modern-day trends.  Our base-cloths for the designs incorporate specialist qualities, including velvet upholstery qualities, impervious and antimicrobial upholstery, blackouts, dimout and linen-looks, with options to suit a variety of end-user needs; all flame retardant, in-line with standards set for contract environments.

Each month these ‘new’ designs will be brought to life on our website and samples made available in the usual way.

Skopos offer a fabric only or a full service; with skilled manufacturing on-site in Yorkshire, curtains, blinds and bedding manufactured to high standards all made to measure. The Skopos team can also include site measure and curtain installation in the scope for the project.

The Anniversary collection is only one of the collections for 2022, with new collections of blackout curtain fabrics, new ‘Essential ‘ voiles and other Accent collections introduced for this year.
