We can also incorporate Smartcomm proposals within the larger set of drawings, if necessary and can consult in a pre-sales context.

We offer both on-plan integration services and those with CDP (contractor design portion). Delivery and installation are key parts of the process and rest assured that our Smartcomm teams are highly experienced in all areas, from network port setups to carpentry and from programming to installations.

Having the equipment installed is just the start. During the programming stage, our specialist Programming Engineers fine-tune, test and debug the control programmes in your system to ensure that everything operates the way it should. All Smartcomm installed systems are programmed in such a way, even the most complex ones are intuitive and easy to use.

Our in-house graphical user interface designs are specifically tailored to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, ensuring your system is efficient and user-friendly. Our team will also go through all the systems to make sure they are understood by the end users.

Commissioning is a vital part of the whole project and happens before handover. It is at this point that our project managers and commissioning team examine the project build with a critical eye, to identify and correct any potential issues.

We have a reputation for delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget, which has contributed to our high ranking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This is through good on-site representation, management and attention to detail. Each team is headed by a project manager, who keeps the project on schedule.
