HES2 is our latest advancement in concealed hinge engineering, designed around three core principles: streamlined installation, design flexibility, and dependable performance.

Conventional concealed hinges demand mortising on both the door and frame—a constraint that limits detailing options, particularly on slim-profile or frameless applications. HES2 removes that limitation. Only the door requires mortising; the frame plate is surface-mounted, preserving frame integrity and opening up possibilities where sightlines and reveal widths are critical to the design.

Post-installation, integrated 3D adjustment screws provide precise control over vertical positioning and depth, allowing the door-to-jamb gap to be fine-tuned on site for a consistent, flush reveal—critical for maintaining clean sightlines across a project.

The HES2S-150 extends this system to accommodate doors as thin as 35mm, addressing a common constraint in minimal-profile detailing. Load capacity scales with hardware count: a pair of hinges supports doors up to 40kg, while a three-hinge configuration handles up to 50kg. The hinge is also non-handed, simplifying specification across both left- and right-hand openings without requiring separate SKUs.
