The new build student accommodation block on Little Patrick Street in Belfast was a £30m development consisting of 430 beds over 11 floors and completed by Graham Construction during July 2020. To create the natural aesthetics the architect, Fletcher Joseph chose to use Ceramapanel in Natural Textures Raw 1041 Linen and Natural+ Textures Raw 2021 Pebble – the panels were secret fixed using the 12mm thick panels.
Secret fix of Ceramapanel can be carried out on 10mm or 12mm thick panels. Vitrafix VF3 brackets are installed to the back of the panel and then attach onto the Vitrafix VF3 rails.
