Valor brings ‘suite’ success to Wolverhampton homes

Leading gas and electric fire manufacturer, Valor, continues to play a key role in assisting Wolverhampton Homes implement an ambitious heating upgrade programme and routine replacements throughout its 23,000 strong housing stock, by supplying a variety of its best-selling electric suites and gas and electric fires.
One of the UK’s leading ALMO’s (Arm’s Length Management Organisation), Wolverhampton Homes manages council houses on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council and its stock makes up nearly 20% of all homes in the city. As part of its ‘Decent Homes’ modernisation and refurbishment programme and Major Void Works, more than 4,000 houses, flats and bungalows have already benefited from having a Valor suite or fire installed.
As part of the ‘Decent Homes’ programme, customers are encouraged to choose from two of Valor’s best-selling electric suites – Medway and Teviot Longlite – as such choice serves to increase their overall satisfaction. For routine replacements, Valor also supplies its Blenheim and Seattle Longlite electric fires, as well as its energy efficient Firelite and Brava radiant gas fires.
To cater for the needs of the elderly and disabled, several of these products also come complete with a wide range of special features that include; top control, disabled handle, raised heat markings and Fireslide control.
