- Pre-Assessment – Provides an early appraisal of the BREEAM elements with a report to accompany planning applications if required.
- Design Stage – scheme assessment against the BREEAM credit criteria and a design stage certificate is provided.
- Post-Construction – After the final site inspection and assessment, a report and certificate is presented with the BREEAM rating of the building.
