Whilst RCM grille manufacture follows the established market prerequisite for aluminium fabrications in square, rectangular and round formats, a choice of core and border styles can be offered to enhance both architectural and functional requirements. The grille range at RCM Products offers a wide variety; options include square, rectangular, heavy duty, linear, floor and door, along with bespoke products. Our range of options means we are able to build any type of grille you may require.
The RCM range of ventilation louvres offers a number of options; acoustic, moveable blades, louvre doors, tower louvres and natural ventilation. The louvre range is made to very exacting standards and is available in our full range of colours.
Our famous Punkah Louvres, whilst not a true louvre has been installed in a number of very high profile locations including Concord and The Louvre Paris. These are supplied, to amongst others, MOD Procurement for a number of applications across the armed forces.
Louvre faced diffusers manufactured from extruded aluminium, are offered by RCM in square, rectangular and round formats. Swirl diffusers and linear slot ranges offering standard 20mm, high capacity 25mm and perforated plate diffusers are just a few of the designs from a comprehensive range on offer from RCM. Also available is our Air Track high capacity slot diffuser, it is designed to combine a particularly high air handling capacity with maximum flexibility and is suitable for either sidewall or ceiling applications. The system is very flexible and can blend into an interior arrangement or provide contrast with its exceptional but simple design.
Here at RCM Products we pride ourselves on our flexibility and are more than happy to undertake special bespoke projects and would be delighted to discuss the options with you. We work with a variety of materials, as well as aluminium we can offer stainless steel, brass, bronze, chrome and nickel coated finishes alongside as unlimited range of colours. RCM has the unique ability to manufacture most grilles and louvres to any shape or size, for larger projects we will also design specific extrusions for you.
