Quintain Living – the award-winning management company overseeing rental of over 2,500 apartments in Wembley Park – has announced the launch of its latest ultra-stylish new building: Beton. The studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments deliver a design-led living experience set within one of London’s most vibrant new neighbourhoods.

Named after the French and German words for concrete, Beton’s 150 distinctive apartments are spacious and full of light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and track lighting. Function and form meet perfectly to create a truly unique home for renters. Polished concrete is softened with wood and softer metallics, with furniture co-designed with contemporary English designer Ercol and Danish designers Muuto and Hay, adding a clean, modern design aesthetic.

Beton’s ‘broken plan’ social spaces cleverly blend privacy with company. The building features work from home spaces spread across a mezzanine floor, a cinema room, pool table and a stunning roof terrace on the 12th floor which overlooks the iconic Wembley Stadium arch.  As cycling continues to grow in popularity, Quintain Living is also introducing its first bike workshop which will offer a wash station, tools and maintenance equipment and free-to-use spin bikes as well as secure storage.

Danielle Bayless, Chief Operating Officer, Quintain Living, says: “Every one of our buildings enables and inspires the life that our residents are crying out for. London has seen a 200% uplift in cycling during the pandemic and we know that secure spaces to keep, repair and clean bikes will be more and more in demand. Beton is just another example of smart design thinking and attention to detail, to keep one step ahead of consumer desire.”

The pet-friendly homes are situated in the heart of the action, with the best of Wembley Park’s shopping, dining and lifestyle experiences on their doorstep.

As with all of Quintain Living’s apartments, they make moving in simplicity itself. All utilities, including free superfast Wi-Fi, are set up and ready to go, with one monthly bill that breaks everything out for total transparency.

“I am so proud of my team for launching this incredible building. It is spectacular – different again from our other buildings and it will appeal to a wide audience. Our first four-bedroom apartments, and the décor is amazing – I have never seen anything like it.   Plus, we’ve got some great offers for new residents too, 2 months free on a 12-month lease if they move in by the end of March.”

Wembley Park is one of London’s hottest creative neighbourhoods with a curated community of independent and artisan restaurants including London’s largest Boxpark, more than 70 high street brands at London Designer Outlet and numerous recreation spaces including a new seven-acre park opening later this year.

Experiential living comes to life at Bread Ahead’s bakery school, while artisan pasta specialists Pasta Remoli will keep even the most demanding Italophile happy. And for leisure time, there’s a nine-screen Cineworld cinema and the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, in addition to both Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Beton sits at the heart of all of this, offering the ultimate London lifestyle experience to renters who want it all.
