Two wood flooring designs from Kährs Original Range have been installed at Riverside Quarter. Situated on the banks of the River Thames, opposite the Hurlingham Club, Riverside Quarter currently comprises 121 apartments in four stylish buildings. All Kährs flooring was installed by Atlantic Contracts, for Frasers Property.
Throughout the development, the bright, spacious apartments feature louvered winter gardens which overlook the Thames. Kährs Oak Verona and Kährs Walnut Montreal complement the chic high-spec interiors, providing a warm, tactile surface with high performance benefits.
Both Kährs designs have a durable satin lacquer prefinish and are crafted in Sweden from sustainable timber. Kährs multi-layered construction reflects the floors’ strong eco-credentials, whilst providing a climatically stable surface. Boards can be installed floating or fully-bonded, can be resanded 2-3 times and are suitable for installation with underfloor heating.
