Based in the heart of North Yorkshire, York Handmade Brick Company has been elevating British architecture since 1988. Rooted in a family brickmaking lineage that dates back to 1824, we combine a passion for traditional craftsmanship with continuous technological investment. Operating from our 50-acre site and rich clay quarry in Alne, we control our entire manufacturing process from “quarry to lorry”—ensuring unparalleled quality control, ethical standards, and rigorous UK compliance.
